Who you are
You have a passion for customer success. You bring attention to detail and accountability to the table each and every shift. You’re a top-notch communicator, preferably in English and Spanish. You’re a salesperson, a self-starter, and are ready to learn the ins and outs of our Wash, Dry, Fold process.
What you’ll do
- We welcome all customers and guests, whether you speak English or Spanish. While we appreciate bilingualism, it is not required to receive excellent service at our establishment.
- Embark on a journey to become a laundromat guru,
acquiring the ability to solve any machine-related problem that may arise.
- Utilize the standardized Tip Top Laundry procedures to wash, dry, and fold all drop-off customer orders, ensuring a consistent and high-quality outcome.
- Sell laundry merchandise, receive payments for products and services and maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times.
- Ensuring all Company Policies and Procedures are followed.
