Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Barman/Barmaid to join the Anantara Hotels and Resorts team in Rome. You will be responsible for bar service, guest interaction and ensuring beverage quality in a luxury setting.
You will set up the cocktail bar, manage stock, assist with breakfast, lunch and dinner service, and uphold HACCP standards while delivering warm, personalized service to guests. Fluency in English and a second language is preferred.
