The role
Anastasi, part of the Irca Group and a rapidly growing company in the Dry Fruits business, is looking for a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join the team in Bronte (Sicily).
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with product and process quality standards, manage certifications, support customer relations worldwide,
and contribute to continuous innovation.
Responsibilities
- Manage quality documentation and procedures , supporting audits, regulatory inspections, and ensuring proper tracking of corrective and preventive actions.
- Keep technical relationships with customers, handling the preparation and approval of the required documentation (specifications, declarations, questionnaires).
- Verify product compliance and prepare the necessary supporting documentation
- Collect and maintain export-specific compliance information
Education
- Degree in Food Science and Technology.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in the role , preferably within dry fruits sector.
Language Skills
- Proficient English is mandatory.
Computer Skills
- MS Office.
