ASSISTENTE ALLA PIANIFICAZIONE DELLA PRODUZIONE
da inserire con ruolo chiave nel coordinamento e nello sviluppo dell'area produttiva, in affiancamento al responsabile di produzione.
Responsabilità
- Garantire l'efficienza dei processi produttivi e il miglioramento continuo
- Coordinare la produzione interna ed esterna in linea con obiettivi aziendali
- Gestire e presidiare il Sistema Qualità
- Assicurare il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e degli standard aziendali
- Coordinare e sviluppare il team tecnico‑produttivo

Attività
- Pianificazione, organizzazione e controllo delle attività produttive
- Supervisione di officina, impianti, attrezzature e manutenzioni
- Analisi delle performance produttive e individuazione delle aree di miglioramento
- Gestione dei materiali di produzione (esclusi acquisti)
- Collaborazione con fornitori, clienti interni e reparti aziendali




- Formazione e crescita competente delle risorse assegnate
