To support the expansion of its Asset Management activities in Greece, our client is looking for a Technical Asset Manager (Greek & English Speaker) . Reporting to the Senior Technical Asset Manager, you will act as the key technical interface between asset owners, local stakeholders and operational partners,
ensuring the optimal performance of a portfolio of solar assets while protecting the client's interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the technical performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, primarily solar PV installations in Greece.
- Act as the main point of contact between asset owners, operators, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor operational and contractual performance, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory and HSE requirements.
- Analyse plant performance, identify optimisation opportunities and coordinate corrective actions.
- Review operational reports and present performance updates to clients.
- Coordinate site inspections, technical audits and contractor activities when required.
- Handle technical issues, claims and warranty-related matters.
- Build strong relationships with Greek subcontractors and international clients while representing the client's interests at all times.
