Senior Client Advisor – Milan Montenapoleone
€40,000 - €45,000 per annum + premio & company benefits (depending on experience)
360 Talent London is partnering with a prestigious international luxury fashion house to recruit a Senior Client Advisor for one of the most renowned boutiques in Milan's Fashion District.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through personalised styling and relationship-driven selling.
- Drive business through an established portfolio of high-net-worth clients and advanced clienteling activities.
- Generate new business opportunities from day one, leveraging existing relationships and networking skills.




- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while acting as a key contributor to the boutique's overall performance.

Qualifications
We are looking for ambitious, commercially driven professionals currently working within Milan's luxury retail market, ideally on Via Montenapoleone or within the Quadrilatero della Moda . Candidates must have a strong and active client book aligned with a sophisticated, fashion-conscious international clientele, alongside a proven track record of delivering outstanding sales results in luxury retail.
English is required, and candidates must have the right to work in Italy.
