In particular, the Commis de Partie will do:

Main duties and responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to meet the high standards of quality, taste, and appearance, following established recipes and plating guidelines.
- Support consistency and precision during service,



helping to maintain the identity and integrity of Tenuta Toscana’s culinary philosophy.
- Collaborate smoothly with service staff to ensure timely delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Take responsibility for maintaining cleanliness, readiness, and organisation of the assigned workstation at all times.
- Work under the guidance of the Chef de Partie, assisting with tasks and learning to complete them accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen sections and restaurant staff to support smooth operations during service.
- Assist with preparation tasks to ensure all ingredients and components are ready, organised, and properly set up ahead of each service.
- Demonstrate calm and professionalism when in the kitchen, even under pressure.
- Prepare the line for each dish, ensuring all components are ready and organised for efficient service.
- Receive deliveries and help check the quality and freshness of ingredients, reporting any concerns.
