For the IMA BFB Division, we are looking for a Purchasing and Contract Management Specialist. IMA BFB designs and manufactures end-of-line secondary packaging machines and complete packaging lines for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics,



and food industries.

Location: Bentivoglio, Italy

JOB SUMMARY

-
- Manage the entire procurement process supporting production activities, with a particular focus on creating Purchase Requisitions (PRs), issuing and monitoring Purchase Orders (POs), verifying order confirmations, and maintaining ongoing communication with external suppliers.
- Handle the administrative and operational management of contracts and related purchase orders.
- Periodically review the hours reported by internal departments (Engineering, Assembly, etc.) and ensure the correct allocation of associated costs.
- Collaborate with various departments (Controlling, Engineering, Assembly, Sales, etc.) to monitor orders, perform data analysis, and support monthly production order closing activities, ensuring the proper progress of all related tasks.
