Annapurna is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a commercially driven, sales-led business across Southern Europe. This is a fully on-site, Valencia-based role where you will work with senior leaders to drive people strategies and organizational change.
You will partner with Sales and Commercial leaders across Spain, Italy and Portugal, coach managers, lead workforce planning, and ensure compliance with local employment laws while aligning with global HR policies.
