Position Responsibilities

- Oversee end‑to‑end payroll runs ensuring accuracy and timely delivery; provide direct support or validation for France payroll runs as required.
- Manage pre‑payroll validations, data cleansing and exception handling to minimize rework for payroll cycles together with TCS.
- Reconcile payroll outputs, investigate post‑payroll discrepancies, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions across supported countries.
- Coordinate with local and global payroll vendors (e.g., CloudPay, TCS, local vendors) and internal platform owners (Workday, ServiceNow) for integration issues, configuration clarifications and incident resolution.
- Maintain and update detailed country‑specific payroll process documentation and transaction‑level work instructions.
- Support testing and deployment of payroll system changes, patches and enhancements; validate results and document outcomes.
- Produce regular payroll reports and support KPI tracking; elevate trends, country‑specific risks and compliance issues to the manager.
- Support onboarding and training of vendor payroll teams (e.g., TCS) and act as a subject matter resource for payroll queries.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax rules and statutory reporting requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggest automation opportunities and strengthen controls for multi‑country payroll processing.
