Scope of the Job
DEM (Distributors and Emerging Markets) covers LatAm, Africa, the Middle East, South East Asia, Eastern Europe and Central Europe.
As Finance Director, you will report directly to the GM DEM and be a member of the Leadership team, acting as Business Partner to support strategy-setting and execution while ensuring full compliance and integrity across all accounting and reporting activities.
Your Role
You will be responsible for:
- Providing financial leadership across country affiliates and distributor‑led markets, ensuring alignment on market development and portfolio plans, overseeing performance management, and ensuring full compliance with financial, contractual, and governance requirements
