Position Overview
For over 150 years, our dedication to being the Global Hausbank for our clients has been driven by our people – in around 60 countries and across more than 150 nationalities. The internship is within the Intragroup Agreement & Vendor Governance Team, part of the TDI division, responsible for managing technology partners and vendors for the Deutsche Bank Group in Italy.
Learning Objectives
- Understand how AI supports the Bank’s needs by interacting with the internal AI team, both locally and abroad, gaining insights into different perspectives and tasks.
- Apprehend how process optimisation works, including governance, stakeholder interactions, and technology mechanisms.
- Interact with different Divisions and Control Functions of the Bank to identify process improvements with the support of AI tools.
- Gain knowledge of how a complex financial organisation operates.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate student in Data Science or Information Engineering
- Understanding of AI/ML Fundamentals: knowledge of basic concepts in Machine Learning (supervised,
unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
- Understanding how to monitor the performance of AI models in production and how to iterate for improvement
- Data management/handling skills and data inventory and classification skills are appreciated
- Language: English B2
Start Date: July, 6‑month internship
