Establishment Labs is seeking a Customer Success specialist in Rome to join a fast-growing, international team. You will process sales orders, manage invoices, and coordinate shipping and returns, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Fluent English and Italian are required, with strong MS Office skills and experience in SAP. You will collaborate with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to meet customer needs and optimize operations.
