As Account Manager, you drive growth by managing and expanding a Bio-Techne portfolio across a defined territory. You will engage academic, biotech, CRO, and industrial customers, collaborating with Sales Support, Sales Specialist, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions. You'll blend relationship-building with data-driven planning to hit targets and uncover new opportunities. CROs and industrial customers * Define and deploy prospecting and customer loyalty actions * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and satisfaction * Prepare tailored commercial offers and quotations * Negotiate contracts and framework agreements * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and conduct on-site visits * Develop and execute sales and marketing plans aligned with strategy * Provide sales forecasts, analyze data, and report activities * Manage customer data in SFDC and maintain territory plans * Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and address customer needs * Bachelor or Master in Life Sciences or related field * Experience in a sales-driven, target-oriented environment * CRM experience (SFDC preferred) * Ability to track ROI and KPIs * English professional working proficiency As Account Manager, you drive growth by managing and expanding a Bio-Techne portfolio across a defined territory.
