Senior Finance Analyst

This role is to provide support and analytical insight to the local business team in the organization, working very closely with Marketing and Commercial functions. As finance business partner the incumbent will interact with the Sales, the Trade/Customer Marketing, and the Marketing teams as well as the other departments to actively drive business decisions. This person will work directly for the Finance Manager.
This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Milan office, Fridays working from home)
What You Can Expect
Analytical lead for commercial units by preparing meaningful and actionable reporting including budget reporting, variance analysis, depletions reporting
Be the first point of contact for marketing - Brand Expense Budget controlling
Ad-hoc analysis, special projects and support in all other areas of the Finance Team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, identify trends, and provide insights
Responsible for the SOX/Audit controls and reporting
Support Finance Manager in daily basis Finance department activities
What You Bring To The Table




~ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economy or Management Engineering
~2+ years of relevant experience in Commercial financial analysis or FP&A;
~ Fluency in English language in everyday work
~ Strong financial and analytical abilities
~ Excellent Excel skills
~ SAP Hana and BI/BW (Preferred)
