Durante Adesivi, a leading Italian manufacturer with more than 60 years of expertise in the wood adhesives industry and part of the international Soudal Group, is looking for an experienced Head of Product Management & Application Engineering to lead the development and execution of our product strategy across international markets.
This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute directly to the company's growth and international expansion ambitions.
Your Mission As Head of Product Management & Application Engineering, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product portfolio strategy while leading the application engineering function to ensure technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
You will act as the bridge between market needs, commercial opportunities, R&D; capabilities, and customer applications,



ensuring our solutions remain differentiated and competitive.
Define and drive the global product management strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead and develop Product Management and Application Engineering teams.
Manage the full product lifecycle, including market and funnel analysis, concept development, product launch, performance optimization, and phase-out.
Translate customer and market insights into product innovation opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D;, Operations, and Marketing to accelerate growth.
Support key customers and strategic projects with advanced technical expertise.
Drive new product introductions and ensure successful market adoption.
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
Establish product roadmaps and prioritize development initiatives based on strategic business needs.
