As Account Manager, you drive growth by managing and expanding a Bio-Techne portfolio across a defined territory. You will engage academic, biotech, CRO, and industrial customers, collaborating with Sales Support, Sales Specialist, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions. You'll blend relationship-building with data-driven planning to hit targets and uncover new opportunities. Promote Bio-Techne solutions to academic, biotech, CROs and industrial customers
Define and deploy prospecting and customer loyalty actions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and satisfaction
Prepare tailored commercial offers and quotations
Negotiate contracts and framework agreements
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and conduct on-site visits




Develop and execute sales and marketing plans aligned with strategy
Provide sales forecasts, analyze data, and report activities
Manage customer data in SFDC and maintain territory plans
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and address customer needs
Bachelor or Master in Life Sciences or related field
Experience in a sales-driven, target-oriented environment
CRM experience (SFDC preferred)
Ability to track ROI and KPIs
English professional working proficiency
