Software CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Manager / Team Leader As an Account Solution Engineer you help drive the sales cycle by transforming business needs into compelling, technically sound solutions. You act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored demos and addressing stakeholder objections to showcase Salesforce capabilities. You collaborate across teams to align customer goals with our AI-powered CRM offerings and support the transformational journey. This role blends technical execution with strategic storytelling to create measurable business value. * Lead and coordinate the end-to-end solution cycle with cross-functional teams * Assess customer needs and position Salesforce as the optimal solution * Demonstrate deep industry and technology understanding relevant to Salesforce solutions * Develop and present customized demos and solution concepts to decision-makers * Engage in product and sales training to maintain essential knowledge * Meet quarterly and annual objectives set by management * Respond efficiently to RFPsDrive the technical aspect of the sales process * Pursue internal training and mentorship opportunities * Occasionally travel to engaging customer sites * Fluency in Italian and English * Bachelor in Computer Science or related degree * Experience delivering Digital Transformation strategies and customer success * Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software * Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills * Effective time management in a dynamic team * Team player with collaborative problem-solving * Curious, practical, and passionate about technology and knowledge sharing * Willing and able to travel occasionally * Alignment with core competencies including leadership or volunteer experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
