Administration Manager | Industrial Manufacturing | Northern Italy We're partnering with a well-established international industrial manufacturing group to appoint an experienced Administration Manager. This is a key finance leadership role reporting directly to the Group CFO, offering the opportunity to oversee the administrative, accounting and financial operations of a manufacturing business while working closely with the wider group finance function. Key Responsibilities * Lead the administration, accounting and tax function through to the preparation of statutory financial statements. * Oversee the financial reporting of subsidiary entities. * Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements at Group level. * Manage operational treasury activities, including cash pooling. * Build, coach and develop a small finance team. * Act as the primary contact for external auditors, statutory auditors and other external stakeholders. About You * Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.



* 10-15 years' experience in senior finance, accounting or administration roles within complex industrial businesses. * Background in a leading audit firm. * Experience working within international group structures and consolidated reporting. * Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS. * Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics advantageous) and business intelligence tools. * Advanced Excel skills. * Fluent English. * Organised, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Desirable * Previous experience within industrial or manufacturing businesses. * Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving organisations. * Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
