Key job responsibilities In this role, you will provide tactical HR support to front-line business leaders and their teams, ensuring the foundational aspects of people operations run smoothly. You will focus on executing HR processes, delivering employee services, and maintaining operational excellence in day-to-day people management activities. Your work will directly support Associates and managers by ensuring they have what they need to succeed in their roles.
As a Shared PXT team member, you will handle the essential HR functions that keep the business running. A typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
Work with a team of PXT employees to deliver consistent, high-quality employee services.
