We are growing quickly and looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and consistent execution to our Sales and Marketing efforts. This is not a role for someone who wants to personally handle every Marketing task or focus only on closing Sales. We need a strong manager who can turn ideas into clear plans, coordinate people and priorities, track results, and keep important initiatives moving forward.



This role oversees both Builder Lead Converter's internal sales and marketing execution and the delivery of client-facing marketing services. The Visionary will continue to own market direction, strategic partnerships, webinars, major opportunities, and high-level sales vision. Marketing specialists will continue to own technical and channel execution. This role will own the planning, coordination, management, accountability, and execution system connecting those areas. This position reports to the Integrator and works closely with the Visionary, Leadership Team, Account Management, Client Operations, and Marketing specialists.
