Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role, you will design, coordinate, and deliver the utility distribution systems for a new greenfield manufacturing site. You will work within a global quality- and safety-focused organization on commissioning, startup, and operational readiness of utilities. You'll collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to meet process needs and regulatory standards. This is a hands‐on opportunity to shape critical infrastructure at scale in the pet nutrition business.

Review utility system designs and deliverables to ensure alignment with process and build requirements
Participate in design, constructability, and regulatory reviews (P&IDs;, layouts, specs)

Coordinate installation activities with contractors and suppliers and support construction sequencing
Prepare and execute commissioning plans, perform flushing and performance testing, and assist start‐up
Support safety, environmental compliance, and hygienic design requirements for utility systems
Monitor progress against milestones and manage punch lists and inspections
Assist in SAT, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure operational readiness
Promote safe design and construction practices and support permit‐to‐work programs
Engineering University Degree (e.g. mechanical, electrical) with substantial practical experience
5+ years in at least one Industrial Services discipline, preferably in food manufacturing
Fluency in Italian and English required
Experience with large-scale utility systems (steam, compressed air, water, HVAC, natural gas) and relevant regulations
Experience with P&ID; and industrial plants (AHU, chillers, fire protection, water/steam s
