Overview We are looking for a Project Manager. Reporting to the Programme Director, the successful candidate will join the team and bring 4+ years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub. Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.) * Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients * Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets * Monitor progress and performance of all assigned projects, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively * Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely communication of project updates * Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports * Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when needed * Champion best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement Qualifications * 4+ years of experience in project management,



preferably within an advertising or marketing agency * Strong understanding of creative processes and production workflows * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines * Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar * PMP or similar certification is a plus Additional information We are committed to creating an environment where people can unlock their potential and build a long-term growth path.
