In this role you will support the day-to-day management and growth of the Group's digital business for Other Brands, focusing on Employee Online Store and Food & Beverage platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience, monitor performance, and drive commercial results across multiple channels. You will conduct data-driven analysis, manage catalogs, and coordinate with IT, Merchandising, and Retail Operations to implement digital initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to shape e-commerce performance in a global, multi-brand environment with a strong emphasis on excellence and collaboration. * Support daily management of Employee Online Store and Food & Beverage e-commerce platforms to ensure 운영 excellence and optimal customer experience * Monitor and analyze e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, AOV) to identify trends and opportunities * Prepare recurring business reports and dashboards with actionable insights * Manage catalog activities including data accuracy, assortment, seasonal updates,



and promotional initiatives * Coordinate day-to-day activities with cross-functional teams (IT, Retail, Merchandising, Client Service, local stakeholders) * Support planning, testing and rollout of new digital functionalities * Perform data validation and quality checks across systems and markets * Assist merchandising with product performance analysis, assortment optimization, and promo calendars across brands * 3+ years in E-commerce, Digital, or Online Merchandising * Strong analytical mindset with experience in digital KPIs and performance analysis * Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas) * Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Adobe, etc.) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects * Hands-on problem-solving attitude * Experience in e-commerce merchandising and product performance analysis a plus * Ability to work with cross-function
