Voi, Europe's #1 micromobility company, is expanding operations in Italy and launching in Turin. We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead with strong operational experience to lead our warehouse and fleet operations in the city. What you'll own: * Warehouse Operations: oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflows for vehicle maintenance, repair, and battery swapping * Inventory Management:manage spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal stock levels * Team Leadership:manage, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Specialists through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and training * Process & SOPs: implement and refine standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and service quality * 3PL & Vendor Coordination: daily contact with 3PL partners and external vendors, ensuring adherence to agreed procedures * Health & Safety: ensure full compliance with safety regulations, mandatory training, and incident management processes What you'll need: * 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics,
