Experteer Italy is seeking an Associate Engineering Manager to lead a Consumer Wealth squad and translate goals into a clear technical roadmap. You will partner with Product, Design, and other engineers to align priorities and ensure reliable delivery of ambitious fintech projects in a regulated environment.
You will lead a 3–5 person engineering squad, coach team members, and drive architecture discussions while maintaining high morale and ownership of end-to-end delivery.
