Team Leadership And Management * Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple markets within the German region. * Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, providing clear direction and support to team members. * Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Market Expansion And Business Development * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand market presence. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers. * Leverage market insights to refine product offerings and contribute to the development of new products/services.
