Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Supports bartenders in serving drinks to guests efficiently and professionally.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar, including utensils, equipment, and workstations.
- Assists with stock management, including receiving deliveries, proper storage, and rotation of bar supplies.
- Ensures compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Helps in preparing garnishes, ice, and other bar components as required.
- Participates in daily briefings, training sessions, and team meetings.
- Supports smooth bar operations during high-volume service, events, and banquets.
