We are hiring a Commercial In-House Lawyer to our Legal team This position can be based out of Madrid (Spain) , Milan (Italy) , or London (UK) in a hybrid model, or as a Remote – Spain, Italy, or UK position, meaning you can work from anywhere within these specified countries. This is a FIXED TERM CONTRACT (1 YEAR)
This role is integral to supporting our fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly expanding business across Europe. As part of our European Legal team, you will act as a trusted advisor across multiple jurisdictions, navigating complex legal frameworks, supporting business strategy,

and shaping our internal processes. You will play a key role in adopting cutting-edge legal technologies to drive efficiency while ensuring our commercial agreements meet regulatory requirements, applicable laws, and company policies.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements and contractual due diligences across multiple European jurisdictions, ensuring strict compliance with local laws, company policies, and data protection regulations.
Serve as a trusted advisor and legal expert across European jurisdictions, delivering clear, practical, and responsive legal guidance to internal stakeholders and cross-functional business teams.
Assess and optimize contract processes, continuously identifying areas to improve templates, streamline contract lifecycles, and mitigate contractual risks.
Drive the adoption and implementation of Legal Tech, incorporating AI and CLM solutions
