Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you drive business growth for Siemens Energy Transformers by connecting customer needs with technical and commercial solutions. You work with cross-functional teams to shape market strategy, develop proposals, and nurture key partnerships across international markets. You will analyze trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to a portfolio‐aligned growth plan. Manage relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction
Support customer meetings, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations
Leverage CRM data and market insights to drive growth
Recent graduate in technical field with willingness to learn
Internship or 1–2 years in Sales, Business Development, or customer service is a plus
Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus
Available to travel ~10% of time
Strong active listening and proactive attitude
Ability to manage activities with short notice and adapt to changing priorities
