About the role We are seeking a passionate Frontend Software Engineer III to join our innovative team at satispay. In this position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our core frontend platform, which is designed to be both scalable and high-performing. Key facts Location: Milan, Italy Engagement: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote) Compensation: €45,000 - €53,000 gross per annum, plus stock option plan Team: Tech & Product What you'll do Collaborate closely with team members to implement new features, ensuring a smooth integration of code and sharing insights to foster a learning environment.



Uphold frontend design patterns and best practices to maintain a high standard of code quality across the platform. Contribute to the technical roadmap aimed at creating a scalable, maintainable, and high-performance user interface. Investigate and evaluate contemporary frontend technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance our development processes. Design and develop scalable and modular systems that adapt to the changing requirements of the business. Oversee the maintenance of production Node.js applications, utilizing observability tools and managing testing protocols effectively. Apply performance optimization strategies, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching techniques, to improve application responsiveness. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share best practices with peers. Engage in UI/UX discussions to refine user experience and interface design.
