We are looking for a Feature Lead Engineer – Connectivity to play a pivotal role in shaping the definition and implementation of next-generation TCU platforms at a major automotive OEM. You will bring automotive or equivalent platform expertise to build scalable, high-quality products. You will analyze, review, refine, plan, define, and release new software applications with a focus on component requirements in support of business goals ,bridging technical development with product delivery across connectivity domains. * Employment type: Permanent * Working model: Hybrid Responsibilities: * Lead the definition, planning, and release of connectivity software features for next-generation TCU platforms * Write and refine component-level requirements aligned with system and business requirements * Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure software quality and best practices * Monitor software development activities, prioritising critical features and issues to keep delivery on track * Analyze system and software requirements,



identifying gaps and driving resolution with the development team * Support testing activities by developing test cases and test plans for connectivity features * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, cloud, and validation engineers * Interface with end-users and stakeholders to gather insight on functionality, usability, and interface requirements * Provide technical support and guidance to the development team throughout the software lifecycle * Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy practices and automotive regulations * Communicate technical findings and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications: * University degree in computer science, information systems, or software engineering — plus 5–12 years of equivalent experience * Hands-on knowledge of: 4G/5G Modem, C-V2X, Ultra Wide Band, NFC, CAN, Ethernet, IP, TCP/UDP, TLS/DTLS * Familiarity with MQTT, OMA-DM,
