Azienda International Bank Offerta Business Management * Prepare internal management reports and presentations for Headquarter * Support portfolio management activities and business monitoring * Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness * Monitor and update pipeline information, call reports, and other business development records * Ensure accurate data analysis and record-keeping to support overall business monitoring * Collaborate with the General Manager on business management activities and ad hoc projects * Work closely with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Credit Analysts, and Business Managers to support business objectives Coverage * Support Senior Bankers in the management of client portfolios * Assist in the preparation of pitch books * Support KYC processes and ongoing client due diligence activities * Act as an intermediary between Relationship Managers and Product Groups,
developing a solid understanding of banking products and services * Collaborate closely with Senior Bankers in their day-to-day client coverage activities * Assist with broader strategic projects for the team and senior management Finance * Monitor business performance and provide financial analyses to management(YTD and forecast Income vs budget) * Forecast future financial performance and contribute to planning activities * Support financial control processes and ensure the accuracy of data reported by Regional system and Regional control team Competenze ed esperienza * Fundamental knowledge of Corporate Banking * Understanding of lending products and financial analysis * Familiarity with legal and documentation aspects is considered an advantage * Fluent written and spoken English * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently * Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn from experienced
