Responsibilities * You are the first point of contact in the shop and make sure our customers feel well‐advised and welcome. * Your open and approachable attitude helps you quickly understand what our customers are looking for – whether it's the latest deck, the perfect snowboard binding, or a fresh streetwear outfit. * You bring your sense of trends and scene knowledge authentically into every customer interaction. * You work hand‐in‐hand with the team, providing support in visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier operations. * You continuously develop your skills through trainings, product workshops, and support from your team. Our Requirements * Initial experience or completed apprenticeship in retail is a plus but not required – what matters most is that you are motivated and eager to learn.
