ABOUT THE JOB As a Sommelier Maïtre, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional wine experience to our guests, from presentation and service to expert advice and cellar management. Your main responsibilities will include: * Serve wines at the table following professional standards: opening, decanting, presentation and commentary, tasting, and serving by the glass * Maintain excellent knowledge of all wine products * Contribute to high-quality guest reception and service * Perform end-of-service tasks: cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next service * Ensure all work areas are kept in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality) * Ac
