Continuous Improvement Engineering Specialist As a Continuous Improvement Engineering Specialist, you will bridge global design, manufacturing, and project management to drive process change from concept to end-of-life. You optimize engineering productivity by supporting NPDI, VAVE, and Sustaining teams, ensuring high-quality, first-time-right execution. You collaborate with international R&D; and manufacturing groups to standardize methods and reduce regional variability. This role offers the chance to influence cross-functional workflows, performance reporting, and resource planning in a global setting. * Own improvement process identification, execution, and implementation; enable adoption by engineering teams * Lead Lessons Learned, root cause analysis, and quality reviews after projects * Serve as operational contact for NPDI, VAVE,



and Sustaining teams to ensure workflow adherence * Act as global liaison to ensure SOPs and technical methods are consistently applied * Collect feedback from regional groups and propose practical process adjustments * Generate weekly/monthly status reports focused on engineering efficiency and process adherence * Assist PMOs with resource planning by tracking capacity and utilization across active projects * Strong understanding of NPDI and its intersection with manufacturing (VAVE/Sustaining) * Analytical and communicative; able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects * Collaborative, problem-solving mindset with process-adherence discipline * Self-starter with motivation and ability to drive change * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Customer-oriented with written and spoken English * 2–5 years of role-equivalent experience in a global, cross-functional environment * Engineering/manufacturing experience in the power business preferred As a Continuous Improvement Engineering Specialist, you will bridge global design, manufacturing, and project management to drive process ch... #J-18808-Ljbffr
