Job Title: Beauty Advisor – Firenze Martelli Location: Firenze, TOS, IT Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Responsibilities * Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised. * Build strong client relationships and deliver client‐centric solutions, offering personalized consultations based on their profiles. * Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities. * Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management. * Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries. * Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization. * Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins,



celebrating, and crediting the team and individuals for successes. Qualifications * Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments. * Knowledge of key commerce KPIs. * Empathy and dynamism. * Results‐oriented mindset. * Aptitude for teamwork. * Willingness to value uniqueness & differences.
