Commercial Channel Partner Business Manager - Focus Print In this role you drive growth by managing strategic relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers and aligning HP objectives with partner capabilities. You work closely with HP sales teams to turn market insights into actionable plans and co-selling opportunities. You'll lead partner enablement, foster cross-functional collaboration, and steward HP's ecosystem to achieve quotas. Your work supports amplifying HP offerings and advancing OEM-type partnerships through data-driven decisions and market foresight. * Supplemental insurance policies * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Business Travel Accident Insurance * Employee Assistance Program * Manage relationships with assigned Commercial Tier-2 resellers * Analyze market trends and translate insights into business opportunities * Collaborate with partner and HP sales teams to create joint business plans and promote growth * Develop partners' understanding of growth actions aligned with HP strategy * Coordinate HP ecosystem activities to drive co-selling, resolve challenges, and ensure quota achievement * Promote HP portfolio and participate in Amplify program and GBU initiatives * Engage with country PBMs to share goals, plans, and joint plans * Travel to meet partners as needed * Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required * Minimum 5 years in channel distribution management or similar role * Proven track record in managing strategic relationships and driving growth * Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement and logistics * Strong market sense and ability to convert insights into opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
