This role involves managing customer complaints, delivering product excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across the Organization will be part of your daily tasks to ensure tailored, fact-based,



and timely responses. Main Responsibilities * Manage customer quality complaints end-to-end, from receipt to closure. * Analyze customer non-conformities and coordinate resolution using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, RCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys). * Colaborate to ensure production continuity by minimizing the impact of quality issues on volumes and deliveries. * Act as the main point of contact for customers on quality topics, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication. * Coordinate internal activities with technical departments (R&D;, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain) to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Monitor the effectiveness of implemented actions and ensure formal closure of complaints within agreed timelines. * Monitoring Customers IPM and PPM focusing on critical issues collaboranting in improvement plan definition and im
