About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Social Media Customer Care team starting in July & August. In this role, you will assist customers through social media and other digital communication channels, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your Responsibilities * Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through social media platforms and digital channels. * Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently. * Handle complaints professionally and escalate more complex issues when appropriate. * Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach. * Follow company policies and quality standards in every interaction. * Achieve individual productivity and performance goals. What We're Looking For * Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken. * English proficiency at an intermediate level (B1/B2). * Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.



* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
