Working at ALOHAS is being part of the innovation and growth of a Spanish start-up with a young, creative and proactive team, good communication and a high level of energy We are looking for a results-driven Sales Advisor (Milan - 20h) who will deliver a unique and memorable experience to each client while actively contributing to the commercial success of the store. With a strong sales mindset, use of clienteling tools, and passion for people, you will represent ALOHAS values and play a key role in building customer loyalty and driving performance.

Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and aligned with visual standards.
Deliver an exceptional client experience
Use the clienteling tool effectively — whether to capture client preferences, follow up after visits, suggest new products, or support retention efforts.
Engage with customers in a meaningful way to maximize conversion and satisfaction.
Support a seamless shopping experience across online and offline channels.
Proactively work to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Understand store KPIs and take ownership of your impact on performance.
Use the clienteling system as a strategic lever to drive results and nurture client relationships.
Support operational tasks that ensure smooth daily store operations.
Monitor after-sales activity to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist with stock replenishment and inventories as needed.
