As HSE Manager, you will lead the environmental, health and safety program across three Italian sites (Bologna, Milano, Vicenza). You will drive ISO 14001 and UNI ISO 45001:2018 compliance, foster a proactive safety culture, and partner with site leaders to embed sustainable EH&S; practices. You will identify hazards, implement controls, and improve health, safety and environmental performance to protect people and operations. evaluate and control hazardous conditions and practices * Conduct on-site inspections and hazard analyses to assess conditions * Advise on applicable regulations and company policies * Coordinate implementation and effectiveness measurement of hazard controls * Develop and deliver HSE training and safety culture programs * Align with ISO 14001 and UNI ISO 45001:2018, revise SSOWs and SOPs * Manage environmental compliance programs (hazardous waste, air permits, water pollution, community right-to-know) * Submit regulatory, divisional and site reporting on time * Own HSE cost centre and budget-related actions * Oversee contractor documentation and site access controls * Support relations with public authorities for licences, permits and reports * ASPP certified * Previous HSE Manager experience in manufacturing * Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and UNI ISO 45001:2018 * Excellent knowledge of Italian safety legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08) * Solid knowledge of occupational health, safety and environmental regulations * Proven ability to train and develop teams in health, safety, and environmental matters * Lean/continuous improvement knowledge is a plus * Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal) * Desirable: plastic injection
