Chief Operating OfficerThe Project Director will be fully accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex utility-scale energy projects executed under EPC or multi-contract structures.This role requires a senior professional with a strong EPC background who has successfully led projects from permitting and detailed engineering through construction, commissioning, and final handover.The Project Director will lead cross-functional teams and manage all key subcontractors across engineering disciplines, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.This role is critical in projects where Energy Dome is not only supervising site activities but directly responsible for full EPC execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & AccountabilityAssume full P&L; responsibility for assigned projects.Lead projects from permitting and pre-construction through commissioning and handover.Ensure alignment between development, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.Act as the primary escalation point for all project-related matters.Engineering & Technical OversightCoordinate and supervise all engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, process, control systems).Ensure techni
