Job Description Job Overview:
The Commissioning Manager is tasked with developing departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities. The role requires multi-disciplinary expertise and an understanding of the industry to achieve financial and operational objectives. The Commissioning Manager multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities, and allocates the appropriate resources. They must identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems. The Commissioning Manager directly impacts business results by supporting and function-specific projects, products, services,
and technologies and developing policies and plans.

Provide leadership to managers and professional staff
Accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams
Develop departmental plans, including business, production, and/or organizational priorities

Assign staffing for the departmental positions on projects and proposals
Responsible for administrative and technical management of the commissioning Department
Identify performance gaps and correct including systems, equipment, and people resources
Provide leadership and instruction to their employees
Ensure work is being coordinated between the other disciplines, offices, fabrication, and construction to meet project requ
