Senior Manager role in Oliver Wyman's Energy & Natural Resources practice in Milan. Lead complex, high-impact engagements with C-Suite clients from problem definition to implementation, ensuring analytical rigor and quality
Advise senior executives and boards on strategic priorities including growth, transformation, and energy transition
Build trusted client relationships, shape executive discussions, and be a go-to advisor in ENR
Contribute to commercial development, proposals, client development, and Milan/European ENR growth
Connect clients to Oliver Wyman capabilities and specialists across geographies




Create high-quality intellectual capital and thought leadership
Direct and develop project teams, coach for performance, and foster inclusion
Act as entrepreneur and steward of the firm, supporting recruiting, knowledge building, and community engagement
6-8 years of relevant experience in a top-tier strategy consulting or advisory environment
Demonstrated expertise in ENR sectors (utilities, power & gas, energy infrastructure, private capital)
Strong record of leading complex strategy and transformation projects
Proven commercial contribution (identifying opportunities, shaping propositions, supporting business development)
Ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse high-performing teams
Outstanding structured problem-solving, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in Italian and English
Master’s degree or MBA with strong academic record
Willingness to travel within Italy and interna
