Burberry in Milan is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver elevated, personalised service within our luxury retail environment. You will build lasting relationships with new and returning clients, share Burberry’s heritage through storytelling, and tailor styling recommendations to each customer.
You will manage the end-to-end client journey, maintain product knowledge, support visual merchandising, and contribute to achieving store targets while upholding premium standards of service.
