An innovative and rapidly growing company specialized in the design, integration, and delivery of advanced solutions in the aerospace sector has commissioned us to search for, as part of a team expansion, anIT SPECIALIST with a solid background as a Systems Administrator, who will focus on managing on-premise, cloud, and network infrastructure, actively contributing to defining and structuring the company’s IT standards.
The role is designed to grow alongside the company: starting from a solid infrastructure and networking foundation, it genuinely opens up the possibility of expanding, over time, into the Application component as well, offering the opportunity to broaden one’s scope of expertise and impact.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring system security and operational continuity, working closely with internal stakeholders and security functions, in a context where it will also be possible to actively contribute to building processes and procedures that are still to be consolidated.
Configuration, protection,



and secure maintenance of Microsoft and Linux operating systems, on-premise and in cloud environments, in compliance with industry security standards.
Management of network infrastructure: routing, IP addressing, traffic filtering (firewall/ACL), and basic configuration of networking equipment.
Monitoring, support, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, helping to build and consolidate processes and procedures in a rapidly growing context.
Support for virtualization environments and management of user accounts/access groups, where present: this is a plus, not an essential requirement.
Data protection activities and support for regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2), including support for audits and security documentation.
Backup management and support for Infrastructure as Code practices.
Continuous security improvement, threat monitoring, proactive risk reduction, and participation in security awareness initiatives.
