Your responsibilities Working in the Local Procurement Team to buy several kinds of equipment and materials as per projects requirements in a challenging environment in which to ensure the financial success of projects and select suppliers with a high degree of reliability and cutting‑edge technology. Interaction with other subsidiaries to explore emerging markets and update company Vendor List.You consider projects demands and place purchase orders accordingly, ensuring alignment with approved requisitions and project requirements;
You are responsible for the inquiry process, negotiate pricing, delivery terms, Incoterms, payment terms, commercial terms and conditions within defined authority limits;
You collaborateand coordinate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Service and Logistics to ensure seamless execution;
You support monitoring of supplier performance, including delivery reliability, responsiveness and commercial behavior;
You have around 8 years of professional experience in the area of purchasing,



ideally in purchasing equipment and materials for Engineering Companies;
Due to the international nature of our project and supplier base, you have very good written and spoken English and Italian (at least level B2);
You have provenexperience and willingness to work in an international environment and with global teams;
You have a solid knowledge of the common MS Office applications, as well as experience in working with ERP system like SAP or MS Dynamics.
