About the role
Schaeffler Italia is looking for a Controlling Specialist to join its Controlling team. The resource will report directly to the Head of Controlling.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly closing activities in CO
- Prepare monthly reporting activities
- Support the implementation of the budget process and related reporting
- Support Free Cash Flow planning
- Maintain the structure of controlling objects (cost centers, projects, etc.)
- Perform ad hoc analyses for HQ, Finance and local management
- Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders

Your Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial mathematics, variance analysis and cost planning methods
- Experience with controlling IT systems and tools




- Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office and Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of accounting principles
