Responsibilities

Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities.

Manage all aspects of facility services, including maintenance, safety, and compliance.

Ensure a functional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Coordinate and manage routine and extraordinary maintenance activities.

Manage energy supplies, ensuring best market conditions.

Oversee cleaning, gardening, and all general services.

Supervise the Technogym group’s vehicle fleet.

Provide technical support for special industrial/plant projects.

Requirements

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a similar role.

Proven experience in managing technical and technological systems.

Experience in energy procurement and management.

Demonstrated experience in coordinating maintenance activities and managing general services.





Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in managing corporate telephony systems.

Knowledge of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certifications and safety standards.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
